It was the worst!!! I ordered a pair of sunglasses to the address (home) and said that they arrived when I went to go check nothing had arrived. Checked the following day and nothing. They said it was returned to sender due to me not living at that address. I talked to someone on email arguing that they resend them but the person I was talking to wanted to charge me a shipping fee. I said I want my whole entire refund. Which I was ok with. They then said that they would return the amount I paid for the sunglasses not including the shipping fee that I also paid for. I argued with them about how we agreed that I will happily have the full refund back and they accepted that. I gave them the option of them resending me the glasses at no extra cost considering the sunglasses company messed up or there delivery company messed up and won’t own up to there actions. I rechecked my address in case I messed up. And no was correct. After arguing for 2-4 days straight they finally decided to give me the full amount back! I will not come back to this company for a pair of sunglasses. If the company maybe sent me the sunglasses for there mess up. Ya I would of bought a second pair. That same day I ordered I was considering buying another pair. But thankfully it did not go down that route. Lost a good customer for life!!!

Spewing to hear your experience wasnt the greatest. Looking through our correspondence we can see that the initial delivery address was enterred incorrectly at checkout so the courier was unable to complete this delivery. Due to this your parcel was then returned to us. As soon as we were aware this was happening we advised of the next steps to get this one resent out and were willing to assist as much as possible along the way.
